the closest thing i could think of would be a diphenhydramine pill marked K 54. never heard of a K 50 pill. are you sure thats right?

It is Kadian 50mg. Otherwise know as Morphine, and a decent dose of it. 50mg is enough to mess up even junkies. It should be full of little white beads and have three black strips on the clear capsule as well under the K 50...
