Have you asked this question before?..well anyway..losing that much weight is not good at all..it may be achieved if a person carriers lots of water..but for those who are not excessively over-weight its unlikely to happen unless you don't eat a lot and if you follow that idea..once you do it it will be instantly replaced..not only that you will gain extra weight as the body as been in starvation mode and therefore..stores what you eat next as fat..
