I recived a ticket for un safe speed for conditions, the weather was clear and traffic was light. The cop didnt write my speed, the speed limit, or the radar speed on the ticket. Can i fight it?

The weather was clear and the traffic was light, but what was the condition of the road surface. wet, snow, ice, etc.? The officer stopped you for a legit reason. Is there something missing here?

Sometimes when the officer knows you are speeding, but did not take a radar or could not take a radar. In that case, you will charged with driving too fast for conditions. That could mean anything. The judge will give deference to the cop. You are toast. Pay the fine an walk away. I have fought 25 tickets in court and won most of them. The only one I ever got absolutely crushed on was a driving too fast for conditions. Even the judge told me to pay the fine next time.
