• If you eat a lot during the day, try to eat less, and make what you eat light. Also, try to do things like walking, push-ups, or stretches. The trampoline is great too; you can jump on it while twisting around for a few minutes and you'll see some pretty fast results. Don't try too hard, though. You won't loose very much weight in a week... the trick is to tighten up.
