I'd err on the side of caution with that. You didn't mention what yogurt treats you're talking about, so I have no way to tell what other ingredients are in them. Always run changes in diet past a veterinarian.

It's not a good idea to give anything with dairy except for some health problems. Rabbits need fiber, so timothy hay is the best food for them and adding fresh veggies and fruit is a great idea. Make pieces of broccoli or some piece celery as a treat. Treats really are a bad idea for rabbits, of any kind. It makes rabbits fat and less likely to eat what's good for them. I think they make and sell them for the owners, not for the rabbits. It's just too easy to make a fat rabbit and a fat rabbit is not a healthy rabbit.
