How do you expect to lose weight without those things?!?! Exercise and eating healthily, and in the correct quantities, is the only safe, and effective way of losing weight. It really isn't that hard.

You don't get to waive a magic wand. The only way to lose weight is to change something you are currently doing that is causing you NOT to lose weight. Since you are negative and not willing to change anything at all, you won't lose a pound. Sorry, I don't make the rules they are common sense.

Look into Paul McKenna's 'I can make you thin', basically you make a few tiny changes & the weight drops off, excellent book!

If any of us had an answer to that question, we'd be millionaires! Exercise and healthy eating are the only way to permanantly change your lifestyle for the better. Exercise doesn't have to be a gruelling (and boring) 3 hour session in a gym. Everyone has at least one activity they enjoy, find that and the weight will fall off without you even thinking about it! Exercise will increase your metabolism and your self esteem

Unless you wanna do drugs your going to have to exercise. You can't lose weight and be lazy at the same time without some kind of pill or drug to contribute to that. Sorry. However, even though drugs can make you lose weight I'm not condoning it. They will make you thin but they can also make you very unhealthy! So quit being lazy get off your ass and do something.

ok , all jokes aside . look into wolfberries , they are the most nutreint dence food on the planet . they fight aids , cancer , and a huge list of ailments . , they " clean you out " , burn fat and great for obese treatment . ... get the high grade from china if you can . they kinda taste like rasins sweet , but with a woodsy taste. ---but ask your doctor first ... hope this helps.
