i think that with this economey, any stable job is a gold mine.
It depends on your priorities... you have to put some time and thought into what you want to do- my sister swears by a book called "Conversations: Find Your Niche" that helps you make that decision and has interviews with a ton of people of all different profession- she got it for pretty cheap on amazon.
