Then you should really dig Romano cheese. You don't eat it, you just break a bit off of a slice and rub it to death with the tip of your tongue.

Just on french fies. I never use it on a finished product but do use a little during the cooking process if necessary.

I probably love it too much, and throw salt on most food without tasting it. So far my blood pressure's okay, but we'll see....

Too much sodium is not good for the health ,it increase the blood pressure and also retain in the body,as the food we are eating contain lots of sodium so be careful by adding salt on the food is not a good advise ,but you do workout or during summer and you are sweating then i should give a second thought ,but sodium is not good for body and kidney.

I'm obsessed with SALT! i LOVE IT. when i was little my mom would yell at me for pouring salt grains into my hand and then i would eat them. Yea kinda weird.... but I <3 salt.

I have gotten away from using a lot of salt. I seldom add any to food - only usually on a baked potato or boiled egg - something pretty bland otherwise, then I go lightly.
