A good ol' plunger should do the trick!
-
my mother pours about a gallon of HOT water into it, then plunges it. i think my aunt taught her that.

First, try a plunger with good vigorous action (yes, it's gross). If that doesn't work, you'll need a toilet auger (a short plumbers snake with an elbow bend and hand crank). You can get this from a hardware store. If that still doesn't work, that means the plug is farther and you'll need to remove the toilet and use a long plumbers power snake. This probably a job for a professional.

use a plundger. lol my poop gets suck all the time cause i have constipation. im so pro at it now cause i do i almost every week. XD

First try easier methods as suggested in other comments. If they don't work, it could be tree roots in your drain. We had some tree roots going into our drain and my husband hired an electric eel wich fixed the problem- saved us $150 on hiring a plumber. You don't need to remove the toilet, just find where the drain caps are (or whatever they're called) to get the eel into the drain.

Use a plunger
-
put the plunger over the hole in the bottom, and push so that you force the water into the pipe and through your septic system.
-
Just stick your hand down there and grab whatever's blocking the hole.

You've just got to brave it and stick your hand in your own mess. If however that doesn't appeal follow this simple guide for a simple solution: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-unblock-a-toilet
