I am not sure about the factors, but I know that there is no type of a "contagious" cancer. Having a safe sex can block any contagious STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) to infect you, but it does not prevent cervical cancer. Safe sex to prevent cancer is like "putting a hat on to prevent breaking your leg". They are two separate things and won't get affected from each other. Still it is important to use condoms, so that you don't get infected by STDs. Keep using condoms (or tell your boyfriend to use a condom) everytime you have sex. Congratulations for thinking about having a safe sex, which is very important for your own health.
