Is there any kind of preventative rinse or other immediate remedy to use to prevent acid reflux/stomach acid from destroying your teeth?

    Not really. If you suspect acid reflux, you should see a doctor. You'll get a stool test to determine if it's caused by a bacterial infection. If so, then you'll be prescribed antibiotics. Otherwise, you'll begin a treatment to control it. If the treatment doesn't control it well and you're in pain, you might need surgery.
