I hope not.Looking at someone is just normal.It would be impolite not to,especially if they are talking to you.My Dad said always look them in the eye if they are talking to you so they know you are listening....Too forward would involve touching or saying things that are more suggestive...Sexually agressive would be rubbing up against,grabbing,saying sexual things directly to a man.I think it is about the same as what a man would do to be that way...A woman looking directly at a man, for a longer than normal time, most likely means she wants you to talk to her.An indication she might like you,maybe.

wow maybe eveyone is missing the point. If a woman is making eye contact let's say fom across the room that may show interest in you. Eye contant during nomal convestion no but if they are looking at you fom across a cowded bar it may be different. hutzsogood

Personally, I don't want to jump every man I make eye contact with and if a man thinks that every woman who looks directly at him is being "sexually aggressive" he needs to deflate his ego before it carries him away.

Too forward? Guys are always complaining about how women never just "say what they mean" or tell us what they want. You can't have it both ways. Sexually aggressive? Unless she's tugging her clothes off at the same time she's giving that "come hither" look, no; she's just giving the guy a clue that an advance on his part is welcome.
