  • You can appear in court and just say that you overextended yourself .... Hopefully; you did not violate the terms of your credit card agreements by disposing of anything that you were NOT allowed to ; before it was paid off .. as they MIGHT wish to repo it ... You can't go to jail for not paying a credit card bill ; BUT it will impact your credit ... Perhaps you need to consult a bankruptcy attorney about filing a form of bankruptcy .... OR talk to a credit counseling service and maybe prevent the court action . +5
  • Take your money over the years as you do have money. You also have the possibility of going into personal bankruptcy.
  • First, if you truly have no defense, I would simply admit to the allegations and avoid going to court. Your contract probably has an attorney’s fees clause, which makes you liable for the credit card company’s attorney’s fees. Thus, why pay an attorney hundreds of dollars an hour to prepare for trial and then appear at trial. Second, I would offer to settle and try to negotiate a payment plan.
  • File bankruptcy, my lady! . We'll be twinsies LOL
