PCP, KJ and Angel Dust are all the same thing. Just in different form. I am a ex-dope fiend and them are what comes to mind when you say dust in terms of drugs.

you dont want to ever do it most people it fuck with your head really bad not all thank god i one that have did it and came out OK but i have seen the otherside were guys did not come out of it or they just die !!!!! good luck

NO, a very similar high but not the same. often PCP is sold AS lsd but it is not.
