There are some full service stations in Austin and San Antonio, TX. The attendant will come out if you pull up to the right pump. There will also be a hefty premium for the service.

Yes, in Jamaica it's the only way to get gasoline.

Very few but we do in my village. Of course the Petrol costs more but at least you do not have to get out in the rain and cold.

Few and far between. They should rename them as self-service stations, 'cos there's certainly not many that are service stations anymore!
