I am a 14 year old girl and i am 5ft/154cm and i weigh 107lbs/48kg.Is this a healthy weight,and if not what will be a healthy weight for me?

    107 is actually on the lighter side for someone of 5 feet! Since you're 14 I'd say that's probably okay, but expect to put on some more pounds when your hormone balance adds some curves on.

    It's always good to be health conscious, though, especially at your age! You're still growing; try eat a balanced diet, and definitely don't starve yourself.

    Yes. That's healthy. Don't worry about your weight... You're still growing and your body shape will continue to change for the next couple years. You should worry more about how active and healthy you feel, not what a scale is telling you.

    I was 165cm/5'4.5" and 105lbs/47.6kg when I was 14-15.. and everyone thought I was anorexic.
