Not just a bully but a hypocrite, he tells us not to kill and then does the same thing. He tells us to do unto others as we would have them do unto us and then sends us to hell for having sex. Even when I was having sex with them because I wanted them to have sex with me. Isn't that doing unto others as we would have them do unto us? Would god want to go to hell?

No, God does judge, shows his judgement and is wrathful. In the Old Testament He interacts with us very differently to how He interacts with us in the New. The death of His Son totally altered how He related to us. Until then, God appears to be very judgemental and wrathful, although some of David's Psalms do show a different side to how we related to God. During Christ's Life and after His Death and Resurrection, God related to us in a far more merciful way, and He welcomed Jews and Gentiles. God Himself never changes though.
