  • If it isn't causing pain..it should be fine..however our bodies have ways of letting us know when things are not always right for us..maybe try some others exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles.. Cracking is not good and done continuely may lead to Arthritic problems..
  • Your joints are not well lubricated.Just make your elbow more active with some elbow exercizes.This is the best I can get for you.I have seen many people experience that during lifting weights or doing press or pushups.
