Of course not! All truth comes from God and believe it of not Satan often uses some truth, or at least half-truths to deceive us from time to time. So there are some truths found in all religions throughout the world. But there can only be ONE true Church on the earth at any given time. And that Church will be led by a living Prophet, will have 12 living Apostles at its foundation, and will claim continuing revelation, according to the Scriptures. It will Baptize by immersion, and will bestow the gift of the Holy Ghost by the laying on of hands. And it will have all the offices and spiritual gifts and authorities found in the early Church which Jesus Christ organized while he was on earth. And it will claim to be a Restored Church, and it will teach many things different than the generally accepted teachings of the day. Does anyone have a hint what that Church is called today? There is only ONE that meets all these criteria...whew4

I don't know really, but I will say this. If you are where you should be with God, he will let you know if what you're doing is right or wrong. I think the bible was written so vague and metaphorically so each individual can get the answers they're looking for by listening to God and their heart.

No. The Bible is clear that the source of all truth is God not a Church. In fact, God embodies truth and the Biblical narrative shows Him speaks both through His Church and independently OF it. This is a paradox that a friend of mine described as: Axiom One: You can't put God in a box. Axiom Two: God reserves the right to over ride #1 at any time.

"Religious truth" is an oxymoron. Religion is the biggest hoax perpetrated on humanity, how can there be any truth on that?
-
This is the first time I've heard of "religious truth." I doubt that you have a definition for it. If you don't, then it's meaningless.
-
i found religious truth in church, but i also kno people who swear by muslim.
-
is "religious truth" different from "truth"? if so then i dont know. there's no path to "truth". you find your own way to it
-
Again, church is irrelevant. If you are seeking a church, you are looking in the wrong direction. Christ is your only answer. Try talking with him for change, whew
-
Truth is truth no matter where you find it or what kind of truth it may be :)

No. Truth, often misunderstood and laced with errors, can be found in almost any church. . But it can be found with the minimum of errors in the true church. And only in the one true Church is truth coupled with authority to act in God's name.

I think of it like this: All religions and Church's have some truth in relation to God. I believe God to be organized and as such, if he does have a specific plan for us to follow then it makes sense that there would be one church that has the "fullness of truth". I think it is incorrect to say the "Only True Church" because this gives the impression that all other's have no truth. . I can understand the viewpoint of Churches and religions not being necessary to know God. Every human being has the ability and right to know certain things of God without these things. That being said, I only agree that this imparts basic knowledge of God. . Some say that we all need to find our own path to heaven through Christ but this gives a false sense of accountability. God is Just and Organized and cannot simply say "Create you own path and that will do." This creates inequality since some will say do it this way and others another way. This would confuse his children. . A religion or Church is a necessary organizational structure for God to disseminate information to all his children through someone He has chosen to do this; a prophet. So the real question is how to know who is a prophet of God because this person will be able to relate the "fullness of truth" through modern revelation and guidance. :)
