  • They are happy
  • if they wag it fast there happy if slow then Mad hope this helps
  • Generally speaking, mad, agitated, etc. However, this isn't always the case, it depends on the cat. I've know cats that simply do it casually whenever they stop moving. But, if you don't know the cat well, so you can't tell, assume it's getting upset.
  • It means they are feeling threatened or apprehensive.
  • Depends on the cat. I know I had one that would raise her tail and slam it down over and over when she was mad. she usually only wagged her tail for boredom or playing with her lil one when he was younger.
  • With my Cat I used to have it meant she was thinking or getting ready to do something. Sometimes a signal to other cats in a greeting.
  • Yes, or hungry, or horny, or sleepy, or confused. You just can't tell with cats. :)
  • Depends on how they are doing it. If they are slowly wagging it, in sort of a way that's calm but seems to be showing off- then he may be(especially if you tell them they are pretty..that always worked with my cat) If they wag it fast or with a jerk, then yes, they may be mad or irretated..or even playful. How to tell the diffrence is if he just been playing with something, then stops to take a break, or stare it down a bit and does the tail jerk..he's planning on his next move. Gotta love cats :) +5
