In your country, When women's or girls are in crowded place, are men's rub or touch women's or girls body purposely? I seen in INDIA, some men's are behaving like that? what is the reason for doing that? are they rub their family members too?

Regardless of the reason, it is inappropriate. A woman's body does not become public property by virtue of periphery. If a man gropes a woman (or the other way around) in public in America, they can be charged with sexual assault. That is, if the offended person doesn't decide to forcibly insert their high-heels in the offender's rectum.
