  • If what you're saying is all true, it's unlikely a court is going to award him full custody. Judges look at the behavior of both parents when awarding custody, and unless the judge is drunk he is going to raise eyebrows after seeing the visitation history of the father. These cases are a huge pain in the butt, but any decent family law attorney should be able to dunk this one.
  • It depends on the evidence. As 60% of mothers deny the fathers access to the children, this complaint is quite common, but generally, the courts do nothing about it. I teach fathers how to collect evidence.
