In World of WarCraft. What is the fastest/easiest way to make WOW gold for characters level 40 and lower? (So I can buy a mount when I reach lvl 40) Any other tips on professions and money making in WOW?

The fastest and easiest way to gain a lot of gold in WoW is to be friends with one of the admins. Sorry, but your question just wasn't specific enough. By the way, my answer is a valid response, although maybe a little far fetched.

Go for Skinning & Leatherworking. You don't have to search for raw materials, it comes to you (monsters). And you can make some VERY salable items even before reaching Expert level. At higher levels, though, some items need exotic components, so have your Auction House alt learn Enchanting. This also gives you something to do with items that don't sell. You might also want to have an Herbalist/Alchemist alt.

there are a couple of good ways to make gold. My favorite is to sell mat's in the auction house. Often the materials used to make an item will sell for more than the item itself. Another good one is to buy limited item recipes and resell them in the auction house. A recipe that you bought for 25s will often sell for 2-3 gold because other people dont know where to find it or are to lazy to go get it or because of a low chance for the vendor to have it

I mainly use skinning to make money. Allot of times you can do very well just providing others with the mats that they need to skill up. There are allot of people out there who dont have the time to go farm mats but wish to max thier proffesion and they are very willing to pay. I get around 2g for a stack of thick leather all day long.

You can also use the quite legal auctioneer add on to "play the market". The latest version comes with what they call "bottom scanner" which scans the auctions in the background and flags up anything that's being sold for less than market value. I once managed to buy an epic for 10g that way... I'm suspecting someone was trying to move it from horde to alliance but I ninjad their auction. :P

i did alot of buying and selling of goods. skinning is another great one, as long as your in a region thats good for it.

Mining and protitution. No, really. Mining is obvious, people will pay a pretty penny for copper ignots (or whatever the bars were called), and the more rare metals go even higher. Whoring is simple, and effectinve. flirt with people in goldshire (I'd imagine crossroads in the horde equivilant), they'll cyber, and then tip. Yes, you'll feel dirty, but you'll get enough money for that one last hit of blood thistle.

Wel you have to start minning copper ore, make a stack of 20 copper bars, and sell them in the auction house for 3 gold in the buyout price. It works. When I was getting my first mount(of course now I have a swift netherdrake) I minned the heck out of everything.

Learn to trade in the Auction House. If you can buy stacks of Bronze for 2G and sell them for 3G you'll get wealthy quite quickly. Other metals, skins and other ingredients are always in demand so just watch to see what's selling. Buy when there's lots of sellers. Sell when there's fewer. Remember also that incomplete stacks often sell at a discount because serious buyers want whole stacks and high players will often dump low ingredients for quick cash and empty bank slots.

Yeah, grinding sucks. The best way to earn legal WoW gold is to find locations in Azeroth where you can collect rare but expensive materials quickly. Above all else, do NOT buy gold from a gold seller. This is not legal WoW gold, and it might get you banned. There are some good guides out there for making legal WoW gold.
