Considering I would be using Potassium Chloride or Epinephrine. Potassium Chloride is a salt, often used as part of a salt substitute. Thus I would be forced to create - or recreate the saltiest food that would be Macaroni Grill Chicken Portobello (as per: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24313369/ns/today_health-diet_and_nutrition/?pg=21#TDY_MH_saltiestfoods) Epinephrine works best through injection. Both of these are lethal in high enough dosages and are 'untraceable' in that they are difficult to determine postmortem if they were used as a poison intentionally or not.

I'd need to know more about the person and habits before tendering a judgment. On the off chance that the coroner chooses to do a toxicology report, you'd want something that the person regularly exposes themself to.
