  • A match and some fuel?!? I had that problem too...they were even in my car!!! I just kept it up with the shampoo and the bombing and eventually they disappeared :-)
  • My wife gives her cats garlic capsules, and there are some flea repellant pills she's found, but you can only use them once in a couple of weeks. Hoover every day, and if you catch them crawling on you, put your finger on top of the flea, and roll them accross your skin, kills 'em dead. Otherwise, you might consider shaving the cat! Personally, I'd like a cat free house, but that's for other reasons, stepping in rat guts of a morning just doesn't do it for me.
  • Sounds like it's time to see the vet, which may actually save time and money.
  • Something we did a few times that didn't cure but helped. At night get a shallow dish fill with soapy water and set on the floor in front of a light. Turn the rest of the lights off and go to bed. The fleas are attracted to the light and will hop towards it and often end up in the soapy water and cannot get out. We have caught lots in the past this way. We now have free range chickens and no longer have fleas!! Sweeping every day and contniue to bath the cats, sweep the furniture too..move everything and sweep behind, under and around. Curtians, stuffed animals, the works.
