Question

Help answer this question below.

My ex stole a bunch of gold jewelry from me over a period of time. The pieces I know for sure are approx $1400 at scrap value and alot more if I were to replace them. Can I press Larceny charges even if I have no actual proof that he took them?

If you have no proof that he took them, how are you going to convince a judge that he did? The answer is no, unless you can somehow come up with evidence to show that he has/took the jewelry.
