If you don't like it you need to take it out now or else it will heal in the way that you don't like. So you need to take it out let it fully heal and then go back to get it pierced the way you wan't it done.

You're reading I got my tongue pierced horizontally and hate it, how long do i have to wait befor i can take it out? i've had it for 4 days now
