I was sent to have a post incident drug test by my employer. I requested my medical records but was denied the drug test results. The facility claimed that my employer had the rights to the results & that I had no legal claim to them. Is this accurate?

    It was probably in the small print part of your employment agreement. If they're not dismissing you it must have been clean.
