If an employee in GA is collecting from W/C, can they also be paid their vaca/sick time and be out on FMLA?

You're reading I was sent to have a post incident drug test by my employer. I requested my medical records but was denied the drug test results. The facility claimed that my employer had the rights to the results & that I had no legal claim to them. Is this accurate?
