Keep eggs refrigerated to promote quality and safety. Raw eggs can be kept in the refrigerator for 4-5 weeks after purchase. Refrigerated hard-boiled eggs should be eaten within 7 days.

Raw eggs will keep quite a long time. I found a whole clutch of eggs my hens laid outside in a bush one time and they must have been there for months in the summer time. And do you know not one of them was bad and there were a good 5 dozen or so. I found out much later that if eggs haven't been refrigerated they don't have to be but once they are they have to be kept that way. By the way I did break each one into a glass before using them just in case there was a rotten one in there.
