Help answer this question below.

My ipod touch will not connect to the internet-do I have to down load something!!

    - The Internet may not be Wi-Fi, I have had this experience.
    - The Wi-Fi connection may need a password.
    - There is no Wi-Fi connection.

    No you do not have to download any thing. Just go to settings then to Wi-Fi(you may have to turn this on if it's off) If the Wi-Fi is padlocked it needs a password. If it has no padlock it is a public Wi-Fi connection. (Be cautious of those)
