Facts? Who needs stinkin' facts. Are Malitias on the rise, sure... probably. The plorization on both sides is growing. There is no doubt that there is a ground-swell of people in this country of people who have had enough of the dictates and waste of Washington. What's disturbing is not only the political hacks but also the media has jumped on the bandwagon of calling anyone who questions the government as being racists, nazis, mobsters or 'birthers'. I'm probably more libertarian than Rep or Dem and I've had enough of the portraying me or those who are like minded as being uneducated toothless racist. There is an atrocious lack of respect for anyone who disagrees with them, the condescending attitude... The assumption that is someone who doesn't agree with their political agenda, well it's just too simple minded to understand what's for their own good, they must need education. The politicians want to be "our leaders". They forget their sworn duty is to be our representatives.

An article quoting an agent from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms: Bart McEntire, a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, told SPLC researchers that this is the most growth he's seen in more than a decade. http://www.wilx.com/news/headlines/53002997.html And we know what agenda they've got, eh?
