Maize. Turkey. And I think American trout are unique, too, but I'm not sure about that.

frito boats! and i'm gonna have to say, american pizza. because even though we were inspired by italy, the pizzas we have here are wayyy different than in italy. also, CORNDOGS!

Squash was common and the dish Sucatash is Native American (Corn, bean and squash). Chili, such as jalapeno, what we know as anaheim, and other are indigenous to N.A. Venison, smoked (or pemiccan), buffalo (same), canada goose (and resulting blood soups- although native to EU as well). Berries - cranberry, blueberry; mixed with bear grease and honey made a candy like treat.
