If he is unrepentant, go, with your workers to the boss and register a formal complaint.

Get up in his face and stare him in the eyes..don't back down..and tell him to keep his mouth shut where you are concerned. Be firm in your voice and then say..Are we clear? Worked for me,good luck to you!

Inside, bullies are cowards and the minute you stand up to them or show them you are not intimidated..it's over. This usually works with most any kind of bullying.

I am not the sort of person you can bully around and i can not tolerate others being bullied.Look around for a like minded person at your work place and let them know you are being bullied.Bullying should not be tolerated anywhere or at any time.You are not alone.
