  • They say that 1 of 3 go through menopause with an ovary removed. I was 1. I felt it and the tests came back I was POST menopausal, but I didn't have any symptoms. Because I was rather young, I got upset and called my Mom. She said to be happy that I won't have to go through all the crap. So the gyn put me on HRT and my heart started acting up. The cardiologist said to go off any hormones. I feel better and have not lost any bone (osteoporosis) than when I was 20 as far as hormones go. As far as a few other things not quite as good, but getting there. +5
