Perhaps, but if its just one girl, then its more likely that she is just someone special. A exeption, mind you. Would probably be misleading if you started to identify as bi, because you were attracted to one girl once. However if you hit it off with her, and started dating her, it might be alright to identify as bi from then on, if it turned out to be something serious.
