if you mean New York CITY (which I think is a safe assumption), then yes. I believe it is. I've only been there once, but it was amazing and I was not disappointed at all. It's pretty damn expensive in a lot of places (although most of my trip was spent in Times Square Manhattan), but if you just go around street vendors and little underground places and whatnot, you can still manage to buy great stuff. The food's amazing, the atmosphere is really ALIVE and it's just an awesome place. I intend to move there after high school. It's great.
