I suggest doing it whenever you feel the most flexible. You're not supposed to work out RIGHT before you go to bed...some say you won't sleep well. I work out after work, because I'm sorta stiff when I wake up. But it all depends on what feels best to you. The important thing is that you're taking care of yourself by working out!
