  • We own 3 so I know a fair bit about them you could say... I am personally 6'4" and I fit inside fairly well. Driving is actually less comfy than sitting in the passenger seat, since the pass. seat goes back further. The interior takes some getting used to, but you do adapt. I detail our vehicles, and sometimes after a comprehensive detail I take pictures. One I have is attached for your reference. The seats do not recline, but the passenger one folds down. The steering wheel is non-adjustable, which is very annoying for me personally. The tachometer and clock are those two little pods partially blocked from view by the steering wheel. They are small but have big numbers. The radio is not very good in terms of reception or ease of use. The cup holder is gigantic, so any normal sized cups move around freely and I am constantly cleaning up spilled coffee despite my warnings to the drivers not to drink in the vehicles... The climate controls are basic but functional, and the electric heater works well. The A/C takes a long time to cool the cab. The glass roof (fabric on cabrio or steel on Pure model) lets in a lot of light and makes the cab feel bigger than it is. We have two pulses and one cabrio passion, and the pulses feel nicer in terms of internal space. However, the passion model includes power steering, which makes the steering very, very light and hard to keep straight. Overall it's a decent layout, but I would personally change a few things like the steering wheel, etc. For your second part of the question: Yes, they do come in diff models. There is the Pure, Pulse, and Passion. (Basic, sport/mid, luxury). The main visible difference is the wheels. Cabrio/Coupe are available on all trim levels. Smart is a division of mercedes, and as such we must go to the mercedes dealer for oil changes, etc. However, the upside is that you get a lot of mercedes technology in the vehicle. The one you see most is the smart 'fortwo' model. There is also the 'forfour' (sedan) and the smart roadster. The last two are for europe only. By the way, the car in the picture is a 2006 Smart Fortwo Passion Cabrio. Hope this helps, Good luck
