  • Sit down, control your breathing and wait for the next hiccup. Focus on it. Your concentration on the muscle can stop them, but it takes practice.
  • Ok. try this, it works for me every time: Plug your nose, and take ten big gulps of water. Try it twice if it doesn't work for you the first time. I swear by this method. It always works for me. :)
