If I'm not mistaken, hunting season is timed to occur when does are unlikely to be either pregnant or nursing. Also, most states only allow hunting of does when they need to reduce the population. When the herd gets too big, the deer are susceptible to disease and starvation. So the whole point of hunting does is to try to reduce the number of fawns born next spring so that the ones that are born will have a better chance of survival and good health.
Fawns are generally born in the spring and early summer when the hunting season should be closed. You should have no worries.
