My bras stretch out because my boobs stretch out.

The same bra should be not be worn for years. When the elastic starts to wear out, they should be replaced, because they are no longer serving their purpose...which is support.

I was tempted to answer this question but I realised that my sense of humour may not be widely accepted. It gave me a giggle though.

they contain elastic, elastic is tiny fibers of rubber, in time they break allowing the fabric around them to stretch

Years?? My bras wear out way faster than that. You should buy a new staple bra every few months. And you should most definitely have more than one. Have like 5, and wear them at most twice between washings. Washing them will help them retain elasticity and last longer because your sweat wears away at the bra.

-
