I have been in 9 times as a singer/evangelist and several times as a visitor. When the gate slams behind you, there is an awful finality. Being frisked is not pleasant, and listening to the stories of the guys/women/kids is soul-destroying. There is nothing comfortable or easy about being in there. It is grey and scary. Even if you are in minimum, you could be put in a cell with someone who is finishing their sentence, having been in max. I can't tell you how bad it is- I got out after a few hours.

as far as i know, only seen prison in documentaries.."in prison, no one can help you..you're on your own..in prison, no one can hear you scream..when you are in the shower, dont drop your soap bar!..dont make eye contact, or you'll be someone's trophy..the number one show is prison break..

According to my brother who just got out for the second time friday. He spent 22 hours in his cell. He was on pills to help him deal with it not that they were good for him but they gave them to him. You are called out to eat and you have a certian time limit to do that if you don't get up they don't tell you twice. Your two hours of free time and be spent in the lounge, wieght room, game room or library. There are drugs in prison and alot of trading goes on too. My brother said if you make friends with the right people you are ok but not to piss them off. They are very mean to guys that transfer from other states. My brother also said that pics of women are better than gold. I never sent him pics of me. My brother said you must stay druged up on anit-depressens or something to handle it

No But my cousin was in prison for selling drugs and he said prison was hell and that he will never go back. the food sucks you cant trust anyone and you are being told what to do everyday and every hour.

No, but my ex said that when she was in there for car theft that the women started accusing her of child molestation. She said she thinks it was to get a reaction out of her. Her reaction was to close up and she made every attempt to go to the "hole" or solitary.

yes i can not much food not much cigarettes everyone asks you for a cigarette all the time or a cigarette paper it dose your head if you have the things they get asked for about 50 times a day and soon you run out when you say you got none they dont belive you the best thing to say is i have no burn
