Why did'nt the animles eat each other on noah ark?

Some of the answers here are quite funny and I got a chuckle out of them...good going! In all seriousness, it was a special time created by God, Noah did not herd the animals in God brought them in and God closed and sealed the door. During that time and I am sure for sometime afterward those animals that normally ate one another did not do so. God created them so I am sure He could stop them from eating one another as well.

Because they were housed in separate cages/pens/stalls/boxes/... The animals in a Zoo dont eat eachother either.

The animals were stored in cages and rooms and fed by what the Biblical diet ordered.
