Okay, first... WHY is this in the Kindergarten category? That is very, VERY odd. Second.... Don't be embarrassed. Your mother is a woman, she knows what this is like, she went through it too, when she was growing up. Just way "Mum, I think I need a bra", or, next time you are at the shops, point them out to her, and use that as an ice-breaker for discussion. If you are watching television together, and a bra advertisement comes on, that might also be a good conversation starter for this. Good luck.
