Harry Potter, Fable Haven, Sisters Grimm, Ink Heart, Twilight series, all decent childrens books...who can recommend others? :)

children books? more like teenager. anyway in that age area i like the Blue Blood series by Mellisa de Cruz and also the Morganville Vampires series by Rachel Caine. those are both vamp series if you want something else you could read the Tomorrow series by John Marsden, it's a story about a war in Australia and some teen gorilla group. I also liked the Dark Swan series by Richelle Mead. About a Shaman that banishes and kills otherwordly beings like faries.
