I have a 1982 honda v45 magna 750 c motorcycle. It won't start. The fuel pump is good. I am not getting gas to the carbs. Is there a fuel cut-off relay? Can I bypass the fuel cut-off relay?

Have you actually seen fuel coming from the line at the carbs when cranking? There is a fuel filter in front of the rear tire that could be blocked. A kinked line or rust in the tank are also possible. Trace it out fitting by fitting until you find the problem.
