oh yeah that sounds cool but what if the cat is just prancing around and BAM... it gets squirted then maybe it would be afraid of it. Unless of coarse it was somehow attached to the inside of his waterbowl. Hmmm we might get rich on this one.hahahaaaa
Wow.. what a thing to have. I wish I could help. Wouldnt be neat if we could train them to flip a switch or step on something to get the water to flow.

You're reading I am in need of some type of outdoor watering device that connects to a hose outlet for my cat. My requirements are that it must not hold standing water (to keep away dirt, mosquitos) and dispenses water on demand. Maybe a hamster bottle like thing?

I have a few cats, my 2 indoor cats love to play with the dripping bathtub faucet. One of which will stand in the tub, bat the faucect with his paw or rub it with his nose until it turn it on (a trickle) for him.
