  • try relaxing, go do something fun, if you live on the coast, go relax on a beach! If you dont go to a lake, heck go see a movie. Just go do something that wont make you think about any of that stuff But for a long time help, go take care of whats on your mind, then it will be gone.
  • I like to write a letter or make lists or something to get it out of my head and maybe see what is imporant to worry about and what will just have to fix its self.
  • I am in no way endorsing getting drunk, especially if you are underage. However, I thought the image was rather humorous. If you are not feeling well because of the stress in your life, try thinking about what you could do to alleviate some of that stress. And what are some things you can do that cheer you up? I find fresh air always helps me - getting out and taking a walk usually enhances my perspective on life. Hope you feel better soon. Just do something that you really enjoy and the world will feel a lot friendlier.
