O__O I think you should eat more. 3 pieces of fruits or veggies is not enough nutrition, especially if you're doing so much exercise.

Possibly, 2-3 pounds per week is what is considered healthy. You should eat more if you are doing that much exercise, though. Good luck and keep up the good work!

um, you're not doing all that working out and running on just 3 pieces of fruit/veg a day. energy to perform that rigorous regime is going to require some lean protein and you should never consume less than 1,000 calories a day (Michael Phelps, the gold medal olympian consumes 12,000 calories a day when he's in training. enough to feed one dozen sedentary people, a day)
