How can people, for example, outsiders, access our AB posts via Google? Can we protect against this?

No. The questions are put on google by AnswerBag. That's why they warn you before you post a question - although I don't think the warning makes it very clear that non members will be able to access it. And why I prefer to be anonymous.

You cannot. there is a way, programmatically, but it would not work on this form. Googlebot probably crawls AB every 3-4 days, so any and all questions/answers, can probably be found on google withing 5 days of its' posting. Understand this is likely the entire point of making and maintaining this website:)
